Locația bună, în centrul istoric, foarte aproape de podul minciunilor și restul atracțiilor din zona. Proprietarii sunt de treabă, înțelegători și amabili. Singurul lucru ce nu a fost la așteptările mele a fost întreg mobilierul care este cam învechit. Totul scârțâie și pare ca se dărâmă. În rest a fost un sejur frumos.
Mobilierul învechit. Apartamentul necesită renovare.

Faptul ca este aproape de centrul vechi
" canapeaua " care se afla in bucatarie , unde se afla si centrala termica , care porneste din 4 in 4 minute , iar conform normelor ANRE nu este voie sa se doarma in spatii cu aparate consumatoare de gaz metan . Peretii au infiltratii de apa , se simte miros de mucegai . Gaura in podea .
