Really nice location, we found it easy to find parking right outside (~13RON/day) but it could be a bit of a lottery. Lucia is helpful and communicative and tries to fix things (the internet/WiFi didn't work so she sent us a SIM card with data the next day). Spacious apartment and massive bathroom. The shower is cool though some of the features didn't work. Has a proper Sibiu old town rustic feel. Adrian was quite helpful during check-in etc.
The internet didn't work from the start till the next noon when Lucia kindly arranged for a SIM card. Not toddler/infant friendly - the rooms have tiny steps/frames at the bottom that are slightly dangerous. The bathroom door doesn't lock and the doors/floors were creaky (made for a bedtime ghost story but our baby woke up a few times). Also no elevator so not accessible with a pram and for senior citizens.

location is 7min away from main square. apartment calm and spacious.
a microwave would be good also to have.

The location was near to the center of the town and it was warm inside during winter; the kitchen was fully amended and the rooms are spacious.
The apartment is less ‘deluxe’ than it seems in the pictures, there were bedbugs on the curtains, there was some yellow leakage in the middle of the bathroom and the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable;
