Amplasare la 10 min de mers pe jos de sala Sporturilor / Stadionul Municipal. Curat, bine utilat. Comunicare buna cu gazda.
Bloc de apartamente vechi, cu mirosurile specifice pe scare blocului si "galagia" clasica de apartamente de bloc, unde mai auzi vechinii prin pereti.
