Spatiul exterior (terasa cu un mic spatiu verde), zona linistita (zona rezidentiala, desi se auzeau copiii la joaca seara, la ora 22 era liniste completa), lenjeria si prosoapele foarte curate, apartament bine dotat (bucatarie, baie)
Draperiile nu blocau lumina rasaritului (ora 5:40) si nici de la un bec cu led situat la intrarea blocului de vis-a-vis (care se aprindea precum luminile de la discoteca), la living trebuie pusa o draperie si pe zona usii (cea existenta nu o acoperea deloc si vecinii puteau vedea inauntru

Canapeaua din living, poate ar merita schimbată.

Casa este superbă, are toate utilitățile necesare,decorată modern și frumos ,gradina este frumos amenajată astfel încât sa te poți bucura de verdele din împrejur și sa te poți relaxa mereu

Apartament curat, modern. Se află la 15-20 de centru, de mers cu mașina. Arată exact că în poze.
Eu sunt dependent de streaming. Lipsa accesului la HDMI-urile televizorului din dormitor nu mi-a plăcut.
