Foarte curat, bucătărie utilată complet, totul perfect

un apartament nou, intr-un cartier nou in sudul Sibiului, la vreo 3 km de mers pe jos de centru, unde se poate ajunge și cu autobuzul. Locuri de parcare la locație, fără cost suplimentar. Etajul 3 fără lift, nu ne-a deranjat dar poate fi o problemă pentru unii. cu o terasă mare, frumoasă, cu vedere spre zonă verde. apartament semi-decomandat, bine amenajat și utilat, inclusiv baia și bucătăria. Totul funcțional. centrala de apartament cu incălzire în pardoseală și aer condiționat. Locație pet friendly, aspect esențial pentru noi.

Un apartament foarte cozy, curat și bine dotat cu tot ce ai nevoie. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult și terasa, extraordinar de frumoasă, dar totuși priveliștea foarte interesantă :))

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet.
Viel zu laut. Die Hauptstraße direkt unter der Terrasse. Auch nachts sehr laut. Die Sauberkeit ist nur oberflächlich. In die Ecken darf man nicht schauen. Die Flecke auf dem Sofa sind auch nicht einladend. Wir haben uns nur mit Handtuch drauf gesetzt. Essensreste der Vorgänger im Kühlschrank/Kühltruhe sollten vorher entfernt werden.
