Struttura al centro di Sibiu, tutte le attrazioni sono raggiungibili a piedi. Abbiamo apprezzato la funzionalità del riscaldamento, dell'acqua calda, delle due camere da letto separate. Il boiler per scaldare l'acqua funziona.
Purtroppo il portone d'ingresso è fatiscente e se arrivate di notte, o anche quando tornate la sera, non sembra esserci alcun tipo di illuminazione fino a metà delle scale. Inoltre le poche e piccole, in totale quattro, padelle e pentole a disposizione non sono assolutamente utili per il piano cottura a induzione: occorrerebbero utensili specifici. Abbiamo anche chiesto di fornirci pentole/padelle più grandi, ma nonostante una risposta positiva in merito sulla messaggistica di booking poi non è stato fatto nulla dal gestore dell'appartamento. Quindi praticamente non abbiamo avuto modo di cucinare nulla sul piano cottura. Anche l'androne interno al palazzo sembra in stato di abbandono con alcune parti fatiscenti e altre ristrutturate. La serratura dell'appartamento, a mio modo di vedere, non garantisce da possibili effrazioni. Al bagno appare rivedibile la scelta di una pavimentazione senza piatto doccia con tutto in piano: alla fine abbiamo utilizzato la vasca per lavarci. Manca un posto dove appendere gli asciugamani in bagno.

En pleno centro de Sibiu!!
Sitio muy acogedor y proporciona todos los servicios que ofrece. Si tienes el más mínimo problema enseguida lo solucionan , muy muy amables. Limpieza de 10!
Ha superado nuestras expectativas! Muy contentos!!
La única pega es que justo al entrar de calle en el patio no hay luz y si es de noche tienes que utilizar una linterna o un móvil.

The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the city center and the main attractions. The host was extremely kind and provided very detailed information about the check-in process, with great communication throughout. Everything is accessed with codes, which made the stay very easy and convenient. The apartment was clean, warm, and very welcoming, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place.
As a small suggestion, it would be great to have a mattress cover for the sofa bed.
