MIRADOR lovely apartment

The location was perfect! Right across the street from a very quiet and peaceful beach. It was spacious and clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with all sorts of appliances, plenty of dishes, etc. The A/C in the bedrooms worked wonderfully but not as much in the main living area.

It was great to have parking but the car elevator was quite scary! The turn in and out of the elevator was very tight and the elevator doors closed on our car one day. There is a robust welcome document which clearly states that they would let us know if the apartment became ready earlier than check in time. I messaged via WhatsApp and they refused to let us know if it was ready early. I suspect it was an AI bot but they just kept repeating that they couldn’t guarantee early check in. But yet they asked us to let them know if we checked out early. It should go both ways. You want us to leave early and give you the courtesy update so you can get in to clean, but you can’t give us the same courtesy? My suggestion would be having a human respond to WhatsApp rather than a bot.

Todo excelente! El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos, muy limpio y cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta y el proceso de entrada fue muy sencillo. Sin duda, lo recomendaría para pasar un fin de semana.

No existían las vistas a la playa indicadas. Se trataba de un primer piso con vistas a una plaza con altas palmeras, tras las cuales estaba la playa, pero no se veía ni el mar ni la playa. Además se solicitó 1 hora de deferencia en el checkout después de una estancia de 1 semana y no se admitió, se esperaba alguna flexibilidad.
