Close to the beach.

The location was great next to the beach. 2km to the Old town of Benidorm, a lovely walk along the promenade. The apartment was spacious and clean, a small balcony for 2 people overlooking the pool. NO SEA VIEW just a glimpse. 1st floor with trees in the view.

Lift to the garage parking not working, so had to park in the street. Access via the app was difficult as my phone broke down last week. However other people also had problems getting into the complex. Bed was not very comfortable, but for 1 night I did not care.

Muy buena ubicación. Todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar. Ordenado. Limpio.

No existían las vistas a la playa indicadas. Se trataba de un primer piso con vistas a una plaza con altas palmeras, tras las cuales estaba la playa, pero no se veía ni el mar ni la playa. Además se solicitó 1 hora de deferencia en el checkout después de una estancia de 1 semana y no se admitió, se esperaba alguna flexibilidad.

Alles in het verblijf was ok, zelfs super.

Het vinden van de accomodatie is vreselijk, ook de parking lift bijna niet te vinden en niet voor grote auto's! De lift van de garage tot accomodatie en terug meermaals blokade. Maar dat staat los van de plaats waar je in verblijft.

Bardzo ładny apartament, praktycznie przy samej plaży

Bardzo ładny apartament, praktycznie przy samej plaży. Lokalizacja obiektu w cieniu palm z małego zielonego skweru tuż przed obiektem. Wygodne łóżka. Dobre wyposażenie mieszkania i kuchni (dostępna pralka, automatyczna suszarka na pranie, kawiarka, etc.)., W cenie parking w garażu podziemnym, wjazd do garażu wąską windą (utrudniony wjazd do windy po ostrym łuku) - wjazd tylko dla osób pewnie czujących się za kierownicą auta. Dobry kontakt z operatorem (whatsapp), po zgłoszeniu braku suszarki do włosów następnego dnia otrzymaliśmy nową sztukę.

Apartament przez większą część dnia znajduje się w cieniu ścian budynku (słońce operuje z drugiej strony obiektu). Mały balkon w cieniu. Brak papieru toaletowego po przyjeździe. Słaba dźwiękoszczelność ścian, w szczególności ściany w dużym pokoju. My mieliśmy "przyjemność" posiadania za ścianą rodziny z Rosji, której głowa rodziny po grzecznym zwróceniu jej uwagi, że słychać wszystko co śpiewają, krzyczą i słuchają, zaczęła zachowywać się agresywnie i robić nam po złości - bardzo stresująca sytuacja.
