New and cozy studio at Icono Playa Condos in a perfect location at the heart of vibrant Playa del Carmen.
It's only a 5min walk to the center of the famous 5th Avenue and a 6min walk to the Beach. It's conveniently located just a few steps from Walmart, the Bus Station and restaurants.
You will enjoy your stay with our two beautiful swimming pools located at the rooftop and our private gym. Just relax and enjoy life.
It is a beautiful studio with one Queen size bed and a sofa bed imported from Italy which completely converts into a Full size bed with a memory foam mattress.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, an electric stove with oven imported from Europe and all accessories needed for a pleasant stay. A washer and dryer is available inside the studio as well as a 55" 4K TV with cable and WiFi.
All amenities in the Condo are accessible to my guests; two swimming pools, a gym, a sauna, a massage room, open lounges at the Rooftop with view to the Caribbean sea and a parking garage in the basement. The Condo offers comfort and safety, it is monitored 24/7, parking inside the condo and a concierge on duty every minute of the day.
