Le côté pratique d'avoir un "appt" pour un séjour long. Pas dans le centre, mais pas très loin non plus de la plage (moins de 20min à pied). L'espace piscine sur le toit très agréable. Propriétaire réactif et agréable.
L'annonce ne précisait pas s'il y a avait ou non un balcon comme sur certaines photos. Savoir qu'il n'y en a avait pas aurait été apprécié. Les équipements sont assez vétustes, peu de pression à la douche. Mitigeur lavabo entartré, matériel de cuisine assez vieux.

Hôte a répondu rapidement à toutes mes questions. Le grand lit était très confortable. Très bien situé. La douche était agréable.
La terrasse sur le toit était décevante, les chaises brisées et pas vraiment de table pour manger et manquait d'un espace plus à l'ombre. La cuisine pourrait être mieux équipée, le futon était vieux et inégale pour dormir 5 nuits!
