About this apartment rental
Great loft in an amazing location—one block from the grocery stores, three blocks from 5th Avenue, and four blocks from the beach. In the area, you’ll find restaurants and plenty of spots where locals hang out in a friendly neighborhood.
On the rooftop, you’ll also find a 25-lap pool and two BBQs that you can use with all the provided furniture to enjoy a nice meal; the gym is small but has the essentials for a workout, the washing machine is a shared one where you pay 55 pesos for 3 hours, and if you need more time, just pay another 55 pesos. In the lobby, there’s a pool table and a vending machine for snacks, so you can send the kids out without worrying about them wandering off to get something to drink.
Ypu will feel right at home, thanks to the wonderful weather that Playa offers.
