The room was great, good access to ferry, walmart and the 5th Avenue.

The hotel has great parking, very close to everything, whether it be the Marina or Cozemel, Cancun, Puerto Morelos, Las Coloradas, etc. I loved the pool and sauna. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and cleaned regularly during my stay. However, I did have to kill a few cockroaches, which made me uneasy about sleeping. The shower water never got warm, and I like HOT showers, and the water leaked onto the bathroom floor. Minor issues, I'd stay there again were I to travel back.

The host was responsive via text up until check in. After, there would be no response. I informed him in person that the private rooftop pool was dirty compared to the other pools that were clean and clear. I was told there would be another room available the next day to move us, which did not happen. Instead, he had the pool cleaned while we were out the next morning, said it was cleaned twice, but it still didn't look clear like the other pools. I still requested to be moved and was told there were no other rooms available. The room was an extra charge with the rooftop pool, there should be a consistency across all rooms.
