The kitchen is equipped with high-quality elements and a modern bar integrated into the spacious living room with high-speed WiFi, modern plasma television with satellite reception, board games and card games. Bedroom with perfect equipment for comfortable rest next to the bathroom with shower. Another room with a large closet is located at the entrance of the apartment. There is a second set of towels and beach towels, as well as a hair dryer, toilet paper and soap.
One of the highlights of the attic is the balcony with a panoramic 180º view over the Bay of Alcudia to Cap Formentor and the Tramuntana mountain range. Here you can enjoy the Mediterranean sun from morning to night. The large balcony offers plenty of space to enjoy the sunrise, have a good breakfast in the morning, sunbathe during the day or end the evening in a romantic way with a tapa and a glass of wine. There are 2 comfortable loungers at your disposal!

We were very impressed with Blue Attic, it’s modern inside with a large patio area to the rear overlooking the harbour in Port Alcudia. It contained the essentials for self catering. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

From the moment we arrived at Blue Attic we had the perfect experience. IPM had been excellent in communicating our access arrangements and when we arrived we found a lovely, clean and well equipped apartment overlooking the Marina. Location was perfect with a short 2 minute walk to many shops, bars and restaurants. This was the perfect relaxing holiday and we would book again without hesitation.
