Ideal Property Mallorca - Mar Blau

The location was lovely, very near the harbour with loads of restaurants and shops near by. The apartment was very spacious and the two bedrooms / two bathroom set up was great as travelling with family.

The arrangements for collecting the keys was a bit of a challenge without a car. The keys must be picked up at the office, which is a 7-minute drive away (30 minutes on foot). However, as we had an early flight, luggage and I was travelling with family, the office arranged to drop off the keys for us, which was very much appreciated. It was not clear this was the arrangement when I booked, and I want to highlight this to other travellers as this could be an issue if you don't have a car. As other reviews have mentioned, the front bedroom is noisy due to the traffic.

Noisy in the front bedroom being on a main road and also on the back balcony it smelt of cigarettes

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko plaży i wszystkich udogodnień.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral - Strand, Cafés und Restaurants sind inner weniger Gehminuten erreichbar.

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber gereinigt: Der Esstisch und die Tischsets waren klebrig, am Boden lag Dreck in den Ecken, die Klobürste war verdreckt. Der Geschirrspüler hat nicht funktioniert - er wurde am nächsten Tag repariert, doch der Reparateur hat eine Wasserlache in der Küche und viel Dreck hinterlassen. In der Nacht ist es aufgrund der nahe gelegenen Strasse sehr laut, wir sind regelmässig wegen der lauten Motorräder erwacht.
