Villa Can Jeroni by Interhome

Bonnes explications pour récupérer les clefs. Victoria, de l’agence Interhome, très sympathique, à l’écoute et efficace. (Moltes gràcies Vic). Malgré le fait que la villa est en bord de route, très passante et donc bruyante, la situation géographique reste intéressante par la proximité de commerces, du port (plage), et du village. Clim dans les chambres et 2 salles de bain. Stationnement assuré (2 voitures possible) et en sécurité (dans la propriété avec portail).

La villa est ancienne, mais reste néanmoins correcte. Il manque quelques équipements de base dans la cuisine : pas de saladiers, pas de plats pour servir (seulement des assiettes en quantité très suffisantes). Bouilloire inutilisable. Attention, escalier extérieur instable, avec 1 marche en béton qui ne demande qu’a casser.

The house is very spacious, it accommodated our group very well. It is not a new house but it is very well maintained. The house has all the kitchen appliances needed for the stay, towels are provided, there is dishwasher, washing machine. The house is about ten minutes walk from the beach, many shops and a Mercadona supermarket very close. There was a bed which was broken on arrival but it was replaced on the same day very quickly. The local Interhome team was very helpful and responsive, with extra kudos for Chris who was happy to accommodate our requests.

No complains about the house. We did not see any of the mentioned issues highlighted on previous reviews. The street noise is maybe the only point worth mentioning but not a huge issue to be honest, common noise based on the house location and it did not affect our stay.

Lokalizacja była dobra po środku drogi do portu oraz do starego miasta. Domek wyposażony w naczynia, pralkę i żelazko.

Pomimo tego ze lokalizacja była bardzo dobra to z racji ze dom jest przy rondzie to duży hałas. Brak cieplej wody i prądu w garażu w ostatnim dniu pobytu jak dowiedzieliśmy się od właścicieli przez wcześniejsze ulewy.

Not so great things:There were not many pieces of kitchen materials such as plates or glasses (more than 7 would be easier). Also, the location is on a roundabout, so you will hear a lot of trafic because the isolation isn't that great. You will also need something against mosqitous, but i supose that can be everywhere.

Good things: You get what you see. It is a very big place with everything you need. Don't expect luxuary and you will have a wonderfull time! The location is amazing (exept for the trafic) you are close to everything, the sea, supermarket, alcudia centre, alcudia port, restaurants, bars,....also, all the sheets and towels were clean, the same goes for all the furniture. But again, don't expect too much from the furniture, my closet for example wasn't that well build. But for me that doesn't really matter. The service of Interhome was also very nice, they could help with everything, late check in, late check out, an extra blanket...
