Perfect for families with children or couples of friends. The apartment has free wifi and satellite television, air conditioning in the living room double suite room and room front of sea. Has a elevator.
The situation is privileged, on the seafront and in front of the Alcúdiamar yacht club and just 250 meters from the beach of Alcudia.
The area is full of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, free public parking, public transport just next door, etc.
The best golf course in Europe, Alcanada, is only 2 km away. In addition to many other sports and water activities.

Lovely modern apartment, fabulous location with lots of bars and restaurants steps away and 3 minutes walk to the beach. Spectacular view. Was great for a family of 6 girls but could do with full length mirrors in all rooms. There is a lift but unfortunately it didn't work for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. If you have mobility issues then this would need to be considered as we believe it's a regular thing and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Other than that i wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We loved staying at Joan's place - it was immaculately clean, spacious, well equipped and in an amazing spot. Close to the beach, lots of shops and places to eat around and not far from Alcudia Old Town either. Joan's been amazing too.

Piso en perfecta ubicación. Las tres habitaciones muy amplias y la cocina muy completa. No le falta detalle para una estancia cómoda y placentera. Un 10.
