About this cottage rental

Magnificent sunsets on Cape Cod Bay. Private sandy/ gentle beach, great for swimming. Large decks with panoramic view of Cape Cod Bay. Charming cottage with 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 bath. The master bedroom has bath and slider to the deck. Close to National Seashore, Audubon Society and bike trails. Ideal spot for family vacation.

First I want to thank our host George Yang. He was most gracious and very helpful. George answered any questions we had. If location is important to you, this is the place. The views are superb. On the otherhand, the place needs work. Some have described it as cozy. It is more than that, it is primative. Id guess it was built as a two bedroom without plumbing or electricity. That was added in the 50s or 60s. And hasnt been modernized since. The half bath is about the size of an airplane lavatory. The only full bath which is only marginally larger is off the main bedroom. For those of you who like us prefer late summer vacations, there is no effective heat source. It appears that there was a wood stove at one time but now there is an old electric portable space heater. Doesn't really qualify. As nice as George is, he really needs to spend some bucks and redo the bath, kitchen and deck railings. Otherwise: LOCATION. LOCATION, LOCATION!
