Beautifully decorated with a coastal flair, this condo sleeps 6 having a King bed in the master, a Queen & twin bed in the guest bedroom and a queen size pullout sofa bed in the living room. The unit is tiled throughout with washer/dryer, 2 Smart TVs with Frontier Fiber 300 Mbs WiFi Internet, and two full baths. The enclosed lanai overlooks the tranquil canal and Bishop’s Bayou – perfect for enjoying your morning breakfast while watching the birds and manatees. This condo is located on the Bay side with a 5 minute walk to the beach with private access to the Gulf beach, tennis / pickle ball courts, outdoor shower, shuffle board, barbecues and beach-side tiki cabanas. Chaise lounges are provided for guest use on the beach. Within walking distance to several north end Longboat restaurants including the Shore, Mar Vista, Whitney's and Ventura's. For kayakers and fishermen, you will find a bayside kayak launch and a covered fishing dock on the property. There are also 2 beautiful heated pools for you to enjoy. You are ideally located between St Armand's Circle, known for an abundance of upscale world class shops and restaurants, and the beach towns of Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria. Rates shown are base rents that include utilities and parking. Additional fees include departure cleaning fee, state sales/resort taxes, a refundable security deposit. Minimum 30 day Reservations are not guaranteed until initial reservation deposit is received. In addition, the Whitney Beach HOA requires an rental application & background check with fee of $100. Our stay was perfect! The owners were so helpful and kind. The condo was clean, well decorated, comfortable and very well stocked with anything that you could ever need! I felt at home with all the kitchen ware for cooking, comfortable beds and cozy blankets. The unit is very quiet and close to the river and ocean. I will definitely stay here again!

Whitney Beach is a quiet, older complex, very well maintained and beautiful landscape. A great place to relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet. The people we met who live here are very friendly and helpful.
This ground floor unit has a beachy feel with a mix of updated elements and original charm. We feld at home immediately.
The cleaning is above average, for us very important, especially in this Covid-period.
You will find everything you need for a pleasant stay. There are beach chairs, umbrella's and towels to make your stay even more comfortable.
The pool is just a view steps away and the beach is right across the street. Beautiful sunsets!
The owner is friendly, reliable, responses quickly and easy to work with. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Great condo in a beautiful area. So comfortable and decorated very nice. Had everything we needed to enjoy our 6 week stay. Great area for biking and long walks on the beach. Pools were nice and warm too!
