Aunque el hotel no se encuentra muy cerca del centro de Jalpan, sus instalaciones están en perfectas condiciones, el personal es muy amable y las habitaciones son muy cómodas.

Las camas eran cómodas, y pudimos dormir bien, no había ruido.
El internet era malísimo, y no pudimos ver TV porque el internet nunca funciono a pesar que en la TV era con cable.
La ubicación no era tan buena, estaba muy lejos del centro.
