Największym atutem apartamentu jest jego lokalizacja- blisko starówki.
Czystość obiektu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Po poprzednich gościach pozostały balony, śmieci w postaci kapslów po piwie… Skromne wyposażenie jeśli chodzi o kuchnię… Parking słabo opisany, nie wiadomo, które miejsce należy do którego apartamentu…. Trzeba biegać po parkingu żeby odnaleźć miejsce…
