Apartment was great and well equipped. Would suggest providing complimentary detergent as there is a washing machine. Initial cleanliness issue but was solved promptly after. Shower smells of rotten eggs due to hydrogen sulphide gas which should be treated. Have alerted the host but have yet to receive response.

Excellent apartment in a great location. Clean, modern and comfortable. Only thing for us would have been we would have liked more pillows in bed but that is purely self preference. Host very accommodating with an early check in. Would highly recommend.

The apartment was really well located to explore Gdansk which as a city very walkable. We stayed in the apartment as a couple with two children and the space worked well with kids sleeping on the sofa bed in living area. The apartment was clean and well equipped but would benefit from some updated bedding as this seemed quite well used (but was clean).

Great apartment with all amenities you would need. Lovely location and very central. We felt very safe with apartment secure. The host Jakub was very helpful with clear instructions for checking in and out. Nice and easy transfer sorted with hotel if needed.

Nordbyhus apartments are spacious, pretty and clean in a safe and quiet area with restaurants and a small grocery shop and in walking distance to Old Town centre. Absolutely perfect and both Jakub and Aleksander were really warm and helpful hosts. I highly recommend staying here!

Lovely apartment with everything we needed although a microwave may of been useful as we had a baby with us and would be helpful to heat up food. Location was good and check in very easy. Communication between us and the apartment company very good. Would recommend to others.

Great and very clean apartment! Really liked it and the host was very kind :) I will def. come back soon! Apartment is brand new (I guess 2017) and in perfect condition.

Simply amazing! What can one say? The apartment we had was better than our place at home!!!! Really close to the old town, like a 5 min walk... Jakob our host was friendly and helpful, he can also speak Norwegian which we found helpful as we came from Sweden and he could easily understand us. We can't praise this place enough, we have tried and tried to find something negative... it's been hard! But if we could have one suggestion it would be that they get an English speaking channel on the TV, something like CNN or BBC News, because all the channels were Polish, a language we can't understand! Making the TV more or less useless for us! Though I guess; why would you stay indoors and watch TV when you have the city of Gdansk right outside!!!

Pros:The apartment is very clean and finished to a high standard.Good use of facilities smart TV, oven, hob , balcony etc.Management very helpful with any queries.Spacious apartment.Cons:Even though Sept room was faily warm and so had to open windows however lots of noise from nearby apartments people signing in early hours 2am, workmen starting early around 6am and general noise. We did struggle to sleep however could not close windows as no fan or air con- perhaps invest in fans ??It was much further from old town and river restaurants etc than anticipated would say 12-15mins minimum for fast walkers which we are.Pillows in room TERRIBLE half the size of normal pillows. Again the need to invest in good quality pillows is a must.Check in was done by a not very informative staff member who did not even tell us about local attractions ammenities etc had to message person in charge for details.Overall we enjoyed our stay however the above problems do need to be addressed. If these are sorted we would return.

Great location. Well furnished unit. Clean. Comfortable. The only thing is the check-in is a little complicated, having to call (we had quite a bit of difficulty getting through), then coordinate for a staff member to meet us there to let us in (we had to hand around for about an hour) but otherwise a great stay.

The hotel is in a great location around 5 minutes on foot outside of the old town. There are 3 double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. The is a toilet room, and a shower room. The decor is very modern and the bed comfortable. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, oven and microwave. There is also a sofa and large TV should you require it. The kitchen as comes equipped with everything you need. Check in was made nice and easy by Jakub and he was on hand to help us book taxis to and from the airport. Due to our flight arriving at 9am on the day of check in, he allowed us to check in early so that we could catch some sleep before exploring Gdansk. One minor thing that I think could be improved is putting up some black out curtains in the bedroom, and also in the lounge. It could potentially be a bit bright in there in the summer. But I wouldn’t let that put anyone off booking up. The area is nice and quiet, and there is a local Zabka shop very close by for supplies.
