Good accommodation with a good location for walking around the central part of the city. The reception desk was very welcoming and answered all questions and inquiries.

A little too small for 4 people, and a microwave was missing. Overall, I liked everything.

Hotel location and interior.

They took a deposit of PLN 200, which was not specified in the terms of the apartment rental. The money was then supposedly returned to my Google Wallet, but the money was not credited to my bank account... Worn furniture and not comfortable mattress on the bed.

The river view was a disappointment- a flat at the second floor basically had almost no view of the river, the furniture on the balcony could have been refurbished/ replaced. There were 2 chairs only with no table and chairs were very damaged

The apartment itself is beautiful, a lot of noise that goes between the apartments, and the entrance that is for 2 apartments is not good too much noise that comes with it and the door has some kind of pump that closes the door with a lot of noise

It was good they accommodated me as I check in early and checkout late but I paid 90 zloty extra. Its worth staff should be more polite. It was good stay.

Disappointing

In the hotel, the following things offered by the company were problematic: Desk (there was only the dining table), private entrance (in the hotel segment, two apartments had a common entry door (without any lock) and first then the door to particular apartments (two together). The above was a problem because the second apartment was used by a group of teenagers who came to celebrate and were too noisy (together with their friends in the other apartments throughout the hotel (they came for the same purpose), their activities on the first night finished at 05:00 AM). We are unsure about the desk clerk/security role at the house entrance. We are also not sure if the booking.com photos presented by the hotel company represent the same building and apartments visited by us - we had not this luxurious experience regarding the appearance of the houses and (mainly) the rooms.

Good accommodation in the city center

Comfortable apartment in a good location with everything you need. I took the keys in the cell and returned them to the box without contact with the staff. All questions were answered and advised. I would happily recommend this company.

The only negative was the sink and shower drain, which clogged up after three days. Towels and curtains are clean but not the newest. In general, this did not spoil the overall impression. In general, this did not spoil the overall impression.

Cool view from the balcony to the river Zabka & restaurant in the same neighborhood

Additional tax payment + to the payment to booking.com = disappointment 100% not the best place if you want to go to the sea wrong wifi password & walls in the room a bit ruined would be great to have a least micro oven (as no options except pan)

I couldn't find any frying pan, there was no microwave, I was visiting a couple of months ago and I got a perfect apartment, this one wasn't so good, also the decor wasn't as nice as the one I got previously.

Not terrible but we expected more in this price range

Perfect location which is close to the city centre. Private car park. Good WiFi connection. Practicalities are handled by a physical renting office in the same street. Contact went smoothly.

Pictures on booking websites show a complete apartment that is fully and nicely decorated. In reality you get a 1 room apartment that is only minimaly decorated and minimaly maintained. The apartment was not the cleanest with lots of staines for example on the floor, walls and kitchen cabinets. The apartment had semi transparent curtains only. This means that you have no privacy after dark when the lights in the apartment are on. Most of the apartments in the block are rented out to tourist. We had a couple of sleepness nights due to loud partying. A kitchen is available which is nice. Basic attributes were missing however like a towel to dry dishes or a simple corkscrew. We expected a little more of an apartment in this price range. Our impression is that similar apartments are available for a better price.

Lokalizacja na plus, Pani w recepcji bardzo miła. Czysta pościel.

Brud, mieszkanie zdezelowane, nadające się do remontu a nie do przyjmowania gości. Łazienka po wzięciu prysznica cała zalana. Łóżka meeeega niewygodne. Pokój 6 osobowy, z 4 krzesłami, stół mały, nie ma przy czym i na czym usiąść.. Brak sztućców. Telewizor jest - kanałów brak. Pilot rozwalony, bez baterii. Bardzo słaby serwis sprzątający. Ręczniki poszarpane. Ściany brudne, framugi brudne, stół brudny, sofy brudne, aż brało obrzydzenie, żeby na nich spać. Kabina prysznicowa rozwalona z grzybem i kamieniem. NIE Polecam.
