Our host (Gaya) was very nice, he and his team greeted us at the door, and gave us an introduction around the house. The hosts also went above and beyond by providing us with many add-on services to make our stay very easy and comfortable, such as helping us to order food delivery and transportation around Seoul. Would highly recommend to book your stay with them with their add on tour + airport transfer, it made the whole trip very seamless and accessible.
Maybe the water heater, during the period of our stay, the temperature in Seoul was pretty cold, during shower the water sometimes suddenly turns either too hot or too cold. But we don't really get to bothered by it. For family travelling with elderly or people with limited mobility, do take note that there is a steep slope to walk up to get into the house. But between the slope there are some steps to help ease the climb up.
