About this villa rental
Swimming pool, pool terrace, and sunbathing area.
The villa is set in sizeable grounds with large pool and lawned area surround by a variety of palm trees and plants. Great for relaxing in the sun. The brick BBQ is in one side of the pool with an outside dining table and is great for dining alfresco while watching activities in the pool. Here is also a pool table and table tennis table for everyone to enjoy.
Entrance.
The paved driveway leads to this impressive villa, surrounded by beautiful lawns and flowers, with a covered parking area for 3 cars.
Living space.
The front door leads to a spacious open plan villa. Here you will find the lounge with comfortable sofas, a central dining area the well-equipped kitchen is next to it. Due to a very large open plan living area air conditioning is not included in the living area. Patio doors lead to the swimming pool area and terrace.

We arranged a large villa for our family get together holiday in Cyprus this year. Our first holiday in Cyprus was more than 40 years ago and our most recent being about 20 some years ago. Quite a few places have changed and developed over the years, which has to be expected, but it remains one of our favorite places for a holiday. Mostly due to the very friendly and hospitable people and the food which we love. Our stay at Androniki Villa at Neo Chorio near Latchi and Polis was exactly what we had wished for. A lovely place and with very very friendly and helpful owners who looked after us and our family so well. Highly recommended by all who stayed and am already looking forward to another visit to Cyprus next year, but perhaps not so large a villa. Regards Gill & John Jones

We had a wonderful holliday at Adroniki Villa. The villa is really secluded and the area is really quiet for a relaxed stay. We enjoyed the pool and the nice sunset at the terrace. The host was very kind and helpfull.
