Do not get discouraged by the next sentence and keep reading. The taxi we booked from the airport to the hotel, was not sure where this was as we got there, as there is no sign I believe... looks more like an apartment from the outside, but it does have a reception once you go in, and we loved our stay here. On an isolated block but incredibly close to a lot of great restaurants, centrally located, shopping, small convenience stores for basic stuff, friendly and helpful front desk, room was the biggest from the three we stayed in during our trip, and beautiful bathroom gets a big plus. A small window with limited view, but a nice one. Comfortable bed with multiple pillows, even a tiny gym on the basement, that while far from what you could get in other cities/fancy hotels, a nice addition and we really enjoyed our stay.

Location was perfect, within walking distance to most sight seeing spots. Hotel was clean and lovely, same with the staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Very charming, and the staff treated us well. It helped a lot that we could stash our bags before check-in. So cute. Located within walking distance of everything we wanted to see on this leg of our trip. Easy to find.

Water leaked into our bathroom from the ceiling in the middle of the night. Not sure if it was from the guests upstairs or something else. The woman at the desk did her best for us, especially considering the late hour, and sincerely tried to make us comfortable, but I have to admit it colored my impression of the stay.

The room location is excellent. Very near the lift and a corner which very breezy. The area is very convenient for family as there are many parks and playground within 5-10mins walk from the hotel.

The toilet is very slippery. My 1yr daughter slipped when she first entered the shower. My wife also almost slipped while having a shower. The breakfast are okay but overall does not feel like a 4-star hotel: no kettle to boil water, TV is very old and cant watch netflix at night, lights very outdated and ugly. NO AIR-CONDITIONING.
