    I think its one of the best hotels in Madrid, it has a beautiful rooftop pool, gym has the essentials, however I think there should be no charge for the spa if you are a hotel guest, completely unnacceptable. Breakfast is not so big as it should be for a 5 star hotel in my opinion. The area is in the very center touristic area which makes it extremely busy

    Easy to walk around, safe, and comfortable AC temps. Only issue is it gets loud. People on the street late at night are easily heard. They could use sound proofing.
