Nice place but stay somewhat spoiled by the indequate internet connection

Great location, nice clean cottage. Nice furnishings. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay in terms of furniture and equipment.

The ADSL internet connection is faulty, frequently drops, making it impossible to watch TV TV using our Netflix and other accounts. The owner needs to address this issue. We solved it by buying our own data and connecting through our phones, but at this rental price, consistent, adequate uninterrupted fibre optic connection should be a given rather than the antiquated and faulty current provision. We made this point in the guest comment book here.

Suggest leaving a couple of washing capsules so 2 night guests don't have to buta 1kg pack.

The key info was inadequate. Didn't tell us sbout an extra deadlock in an obscure place do we were locked out. Not a good first impression. Suggest providing coffee so guests don't have to buy a 1kg pack. Also INSTRUCTIONS, we were unable to use!

Poor security and sash windows really stiff Noisy every day we were there with building works and tree cutting…atrocious ! Bathroom fans go on and on and on and on after being switched off & ohh so noisy too !!

Perfect Stay in Stow

Perfect location for exploring Stow and to use as a base for touring the Cotswolds. Very clean, fully furnished, very comfortable home. The kitchen was very useful with both a dish washer and clothes washer. Comfortable beds with clean linens. We could not have been happier with this location!

Beautiful cottage in ideal location.

Location was ideal to walk into Stow and visit the local shops and restaurants. It was good to be able to park the car outside the cottage. Useful having third toilet downstairs. Very clean and comfortable cottage in quiet location in Stow.

Shower cubicle slightly small in en-suite and could do with a mirror in the back bedroom.

Breakfast not applicable. Location was excellent.

Shower was tiny and the water was very slow to drain, I removed the shower plug to be met with a huge pile of disgusting mass of hair. I pulled it out and the smell was disgusting.

Totally lovely

Excellent all round

Our only issues was that there was no welcome book easily accessible on arrival. We eventually found it in a cupboard with a lot of other stuff. Perhaps make sure it is out and obvious as we had no access to the internet and no instructions on heating etc for the first day. However I called the owner who helped me without question and was very helpful.

Location. Cleanliness. Size. Amenities available so very convenient.

There should be a shower in the other bathroom. very awkward having to share one shower with everyone (especially since it’s so small). Also there should be some protection around the gas fireplace especially for families with young children.

The pictures are accurate but it's not cosy - extremely drafty and cold.

The location was brilliant. The house was a good size for us (one couple, one adult, 1 toddler). It was in a quiet location.

The house was so drafty - my hair would literally move in the breeze. We were really looking forward to a cosy weekend in the Cotswolds and at one point we all had hats and scarves on. We had the heating on full and constant but the drafts were really bad.

Stairs are a problem for us with a 1 year old so stair gates would have been great and a sticky bath mat to avoid slipping in the bath
