Lovely cottage in great location.

Some lovely features like the traditional fire place with wood provided and the glass covered well. The family/kids room and bathroom were fantastic. Kitchen was good with washer and drier and plenty of supplies. Location and fishing lakes were great, parking on site. Friendly animals and staff.

Main bed was squeaky. It rained during the night and the guttering sounded as though it was blocked. Heating did not work properly it took a very long time to warm the house and not all radiators working although there were some electric heaters in cottage. Shower in main bathroom did not heat water effectively.

The property was pretty much all we needed for our stay, we had a great time and slept well. The area is great too!

The property was good value for money and a good size for our needs. Liked that it has a washer and dryer, meaning had to pack less things for the holiday. Liked that it had space for 2 cars to park, a crib and high chair. Also great was access to the play area. The owners provided cream teas and milk as well.

The kitchen facilities could have been a bit better, there was only a tiny knife and bread knife to chop with, and no chopping boards. The frying pan was a bit worse for wear as well.

Friendly accommodating hosts. Comfy accommodation with great amenaties . Freedom to walk on property. Picnic tables on large lawn in clear sight of child play area. Picturesque views. secluded property with good parking. Close to shopping activities and convenient to A39.

An exceptional weeks holiday!

Location fabulous! cottage spotless and comfortable, everything you require and more. The proprietors- Ellen and Rob were lovely people, very informative, left us to relax enjoy ourselves. Animals, especially the dogs were friendly, surrounding countryside and the weather, no complaints! One lovely break! Would recommend Wainscott Farm to all!

Owners lovely and laid back. Close to beaches by car. Quiet. Spacious. Dog friendly, but watch out for snappy old dog!

Cold on arrival took ages to warm first night with the old wood stove.

Most relaxing holiday ever.

We liked everything.

The beds were so comfy. I slept 10 hours straight through. It was so peaceful. The sofa's were massive so all 4 of us could thoroughly relax! The heating was so warm we didn't need to make a fire. The countryside was beautiful. My daughter did a little fishing with Rob the Farmer on one of the many fishing ponds they have. The cottage is actually an annex attached to a large farmhouse, with the owners living there, so you are not actually alone. Robert and his wife were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely be staying there again.

Lovely cream tea on arrival. Cottage very comfortable and well stocked. Hosts very friendly as were their 4 dogs.

Would have preferred a contained outside area to let the dog off the lead.
