This spacious 3 bedroom 1 story Barn with 3 en-suite bathrooms & air-conditioning is an ideal luxurious relaxing getaway. The Barns at High Park are situated in the heart of the North Devon coastline. It offers easy access to beaches, moors, coastal path walks, cycle paths, golf courses, horticultural gardens, children friendly fun parks, and many other traditional outdoor and indoor recreational activities for those seeking a truly relaxing, yet active, break away from the stresses of day-to-day life.

High Park Barns has a secure, purpose-built 1 acre dog exercise field located on site. Designed with safety, freedom, and fun in mind, our fully enclosed field, with 1.8m high fencing, offers dogs the perfect space to run, play, and train off-lead in a safe and private environment. The dog field is open daily in the morning and evening for staying guests at no cost. Additional time can be booked during the day.

The barn is situated with 14 acres of private land. Within the grounds is a shared indoor swimming pool and hot-tub, and large natural lake featuring stunning vegetation and decked terrace.

Converted in 2018, this barn features super king beds in the master bedroom & second bedroom, two single beds in the third bedroom, all with en-suites, solid oak furniture, underfloor heating & air-conditioning.

The barn has access to four 7.2kW electric vehicle (EV) destination chargers.

The barn is dog friendly, and you are welcome to bring them at £25 per dog per week or part thereof.

First visit to Moulton-Barrett and definitely not our last! We booked for a 50th birthday celebration with family from France and had a fantastic week. The house is warm and comfortable with everything you need. Each bedroom having an en suite is great. The pool was a highlight for us all and the rota works really well. Swimming at night with the underwater lights on was lovely. The dog field is a great thing to have on site, our cocker spaniel thought she was a puppy again jumping the hurdles. Cream tea on arrival was a real treat. We all agreed this was the nicest property we have ever stayed at and are already planning when we can come back.

Our family (6) stayed here at the end of the summer holidays. The accomodations is very well located and is 10mins drive to westward ho, appledore and bideford amongst other places. It's only 40min to Ilfracombe and Wolacombe. The grounds are lovely and although we had quite a bit of rain, didn't put us off from exploring. We particularly enjoyed the lake which is on site and naturally the pool and hot tub. The accomodations is spot on, clean and well furnished. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. There were a few issues with, bulbs not working but the host sorted very quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. The host was on site to greet us and gave a quick but comprehensive account of everything. The pool planner is spot on and the area is clean and well presented. We would definitely recommend.

Just back from a return visit to Moulton Barrett with our kids and dog. We love this place and the addition of the dog exercise area is a huge bonus. Accommodation was spotless, kids had a ball in the neighbouring indoor pool. Hosts are so helpful and informative, the grounds are beautiful and the EV charging onsite is excellent and reliable. Could not ask for more. We love the location of this holiday let, so much to do in close proximity to some great attractions and amenities. Westward Ho!-fabulous beach, Appledore- great for quay jumping and crab fishing, Instow-lovely restaurants. We visited the pop up slip and slide this year too- great family fun only 20mins away. Atlantic villlage just down the road is great for retail bargains and we love the Milk Kiosk. Highly recommend this location for a dog friendly family holiday.

Lovely property, great for families. Good location . Attractions close by and supermarket and petrol 5 min away . They add little extras so everything is there for you . The milk kiosk attached to the dairy farm is a must .

We spent a week here in February halfterm and had a brilliant time. The swimming pool was a huge hit with our three children - designated slits for each barn each day along with extra sessions if wanted. The barn was spacious and having en-suites in all bedrooms was a bonus. The milk-kiosk next door was also a favourite with the children. Despite the winter weather we managed to explore many of the nearby beaches and visited Big Sheep Farm (highly recommended day out for families). Our dog loved the lake and wildlife on site. Communication with the owners was great and all information we needed was provided. Would definitely return and have recommended to other families already.

We stayed in the Moulton-Barrett property for a week in January as a getaway for a birthday celebration. From the moment I booked to the end of the stay, I couldn’t have asked for more. Clear and detailed instructions on finding the location and accessing the property. Anne-Louise introduced herself and went through everything we needed to know and we were made to feel very welcome. The pool was outstanding. Lovely and warm, easy to use the pool covers and of course the hot tub. As a family of 3 generations with a 2 year old, we didn’t actually leave all week!! With the copious amount of space to run and ride bikes, the pool and all the exploring to be done, we didn’t need to go anywhere else. A relaxing break for the adults and an exciting new world to explore for the toddler, we’d have stayed another week! Absolute gem! We’ll be back…

Moulton-Barrett is a lovely property, we had a wonderful weeks stay. It’s very spacious and comfortable with everything you could need, a home away from home. We loved having daily access to the pool & hot tub, a lovely way to end our days after long walks on the local beaches. The location is perfect, Aldi & Asda less than 10 minutes away, beautiful beaches within a short drive! The hosts are very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property for short or long stays.

Impressive holiday house with 3 en-suite bedrooms and a massive kitchen, diner, lounge overlooking a walled garden with apple tress. We had the best time staying in Moulton Barrett Barn. Accommodation was to a very very high standard with three en-suite rooms. Very spacious lounge diner kitchen area overlooking a delightful walled garden with apple trees. The indoor pool was adjacent to our property and was a firm favourite with the kids. The property was dog friendly. Our hosts were fantastic and hugely informative about local amenities, attractions and restaurants. Very grateful for the top tip about quay jumping in nearby Appledore. Such a fantastic location to explore North Devon. Very close to the big Sherp,MilkyWay and North East Devon Wake Boarding centre. Some fantastic beaches nearby and wonderful coastal walks. Already planning our return visit next year.

Myself and 5 friends have just stayed here for the weekend and we had an amazing time. The accommodation was lovely, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were lovely and the whole property was just the right size for us. We loved the pool and hot tub and particularly liked the fact it was joined to our lodge, meant we only had to look outside the door to see if people were in there during the free time sessions. We would love to come back here again. We didn’t have any dogs with us but if you are planning on bringing a dog, the grounds are great for them to have a run around. Amazing stay and Anne-Louise is a fantastic host. Thank you very much for having us

We stayed in Moulton Barret Barn for the second time 10th-13th March after visiting in 2022. Our visit was just as good as the first time and we'd highly recommend it. This visit we decided to spend more time at the barn to relax and cook our own meals. It was great having a shopping centre a few minutes drive away to stock up on provisions and the barn had everything we needed to relax and prepare & cook our meals. The barn is gorgeous and having the pool & hot tub next door is amazing. We went in at least twice a day. Its definitely worth a late evening visit with only the pool lights on, its so nice.

Beautiful surroundings and fantastic facilities, with additional touches making it a very easy stay ie. Tea, coffee, milk, fresh homemade scones with clotted cream & jam on arrival (a lovely touch), a drying room for wetsuits, washing machine with powder provided, dishwasher with dishwasher tablets provided etc. It was home from home which is rare and well thought out. However, not as suitable as I had hoped for my elderly mother with mobility issues. As, although all on one level and with walk in showers, none of the dinning room chairs have arms so nothing to help pushup from and they are plastic chairs which can move when getting up as they are also not the heaviest. Their are no armchairs within the barn, so my mother struggled to get up and out of both the dinning room chairs and the 3 sofa's. The super king beds are luxurious in size and the duvet and pillows are good quality, the mattresses haven't been turned and aren't the most comfortable. They are wooden framed beds and have a post underneath in the middle (probably for support) but this seems to create a mountain top and you feel compelled to sleep at the edge of the bed and it's not the most comfortable or easiest to move towards the middle of the bed as you are seemingly moving up hill. Being in the countryside and near a farm, you expect a little dust but there was a lot of dust and dirt around the bed slats of the 2nd super king room, which was on show as the mattress didn't come right to the edge of the bed frame. Also to the side of the wardrobe and some of the furniture in the barn. The high ceilings make it difficult to clean areas that aren't easily accessible, however there are a lot of very visible significant cobwebs. And, there were lots of flies constantly inside the barn that aren't captured by the fly catcher mounted on the kitchen wall, which is permanently on. The first time a fly was caught in this device, the zapping noise was a surprise, so be prepared. It is lovely barn and well worth a stay, just a few areas of improvement re cleanliness and the mattresses. Unfortunately, it just wasn't completely suitable for my mother.

We had a great week. 3 couples and 3 en-suite bedrooms which is very difficult to find. Loved the open plan single story barn with air conditioning in all bedrooms which was very much appreciated as the weather was very warm. Quality equipment in all rooms and everything we needed was supplied. Queen size comfortable beds and large showers with powerful water supply. Fantastic large, dog friendly garden! Great bbqs! So convenient for shops and beaches yet totally quiet out in the countryside. Loved the cream tea on arrival and the milk kiosk next door for fresh milk, shakes and eggs 24/7. Lovely owners on site so felt very secure. All COVID safe and clean. Swimming pool private sessions were enjoyed by all! Thank you for a wonderful week in lovely Nirth Devon!
