I really loved our stay but the way we were treated afterwards is unbelievably bad.

I loved the location and the apartment was nice too. The people letting us in were nice too.

Three weeks after we returned home we received a text message that falsely accused us of breaking something and a request to pay for the damage. No evidence, no call to ask if this happened when we were there, just a ln accusation. This is the worst treatment ever.

It was a very nice stay all in all, the apartment is beautiful and spacious. Perfect for four people (friends or family)

Great apartment on the ground floor with private terrace and barbecue. The aparmtent was roomy with various options to sit and relax. The kitchen was well equipped and the apartment had a/c. The bathroom of the master bedroom was very spacious. The pool was right outside the door and easily accessible.

Due to the fact that the master bedroom was downstairs (half cellar?) it was a little bit stuffy and when you showered you had to turn on the dehumidifier. There were small spots of mold on the wall, you had to ventilate the room often. The other room had no a/c in it, we had to keep the door open so that the air of the a/c right outside the door came in. The windows had no mosquito nets so that we had to buy mosquito repellent.

Wonderful apartment in a great part of Istria

Great location, on a quiet street close to the center and also very convenient to the entrance to the Kamenjak park. Gorgeous views from the terrace. Apartment is very well equipped for cooking, also nice to have good Wifi, AC, dishwasher and washing machine. Also very thoughtful of host to provide some basic spices, hand soap, detergent and garbage bags.

Pool is a bit smaller than appears in pictures but still a great way to cool off at the end of the day

Great apartment with nice pool and close to the beach!

The apartment comes with a cosy balcony, where you can chill, eat and dry your clothing. At night it was calm and cool in the bedroom. Beaches and restaurants within reasonable each of the place, but for better options I would advise to drive to Pula.

The pool was for one whole day closed due to chlorine issues. This made us change our plans for that day. Keep in mind that there are other people who can also use the pool. During our stay there was a couple who went to the sunbeds around 7:30AM to claim them.

A beautiful property in the nice village of Premantura.

We spent 3 nights in the ground floor apartment and we loved the decor and the outdoor space. It is a beautiful property, near restaurants, cafes and a supermarket. The entrance to the Cape Kamenjak park and its beautiful coves is only a 10 minutes drive.

We struggled to find it but called the property and they picked us up.

It was a lovely stay at Baska for our girls trip. The apartment is just as offered on the pictures

The owner of the apartment was very nice and patient. We arrived late, the key handover was no problem. They even helped us to carry down the bags to the appartment.

Perfect accomodation with a beatiful sea view

The apartment is comfortable, clean, fully equiped. Very nice and spaceous terrace. We had the one on the second floor and were really satisfied. The beaches are reachable via bicycle, car - a lot of various beaches in near Kamenjak national park. Shops, restaurants are very close.

It is really nice , spacious apartment with amazing view . I really recommend this app. Spectacular. We really love it. There is option of paid parking close to the building, or parking on the street - we parked car right next to the building for free.

There is need of little revision of basic items like salt, toilet paper rolls or bags to the bin. But this is only small detail, that can be solved really quickly. Mosquito net on the door/window will be nice.

Peaceful paradise

Modern apartment with pool, very nicely isolated from the other apartments so perfect if someone especially likes privacy. Well equipped with modern household appliances and a wonderful pool.

There are a lot of mosquitoes in the evening, we missed the net from the windows.

Bellissima palazzina con appartamento curato, pulito e comodo, dotato di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno al mare. Il proprietario molto gentile condivide con gli ospiti la piccola graziosa piscina e le strutture come lettini ed ombrellone

Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto. Ho apprezzato ogni cosa. I proprietari e gli altri ospiti molto gentili ed educati

Ottima sistemazione nel centro di Premantura.

Appartamento attrezzato di tutto il necessario: lavatrice, lavastoviglie, tostapane, macchina Nespresso, bollitore, phon stendibiancheria. Posizione centrale ma super silenzioso e tranquillo. Bello il terrazzo su cui rilassarsi e fare colazione. Sono stati 4 giorni rilassanti e piacevoli. Premantura sempre bella e la bellezza del parco non ha pari.

Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Sehr schöne zentrale Lage und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Besitzer ist sehr nett und spricht deutsch.
