Herrlicher Aufenthalt ganz nah der Natur.

Das kleine Studio ganz oben ist für eine oder zwei Personen perfekt. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist wunderbar. Die Wohnung hat zwar keinen Balkon, aber große Fenster, die man aufschieben kann. Man fühlt sich so wie in einem Wintergarten. Ich habe es sehr genossen. Die Lage zum Kamenjak ist ausgezeichnet. Parkplätze gibt es auf dem abgeschlossenen Hof.

wunderschöne Natur zum entspannen und schwimmen, schnorcheln oder tauchen

Das Schönste war die Lage direkt vor dem Eingang zur Kamenjak Halbinsel, die man von einer Meeresbucht zur anderen rundum 8 km in herrlicher Natur mit 10 Orchideenarten durchwandern konnte. Zu Fuß ging es in 10 min in die Altstadt zum einkaufen und Restaurant. Bushaltestellen nach Pula 3 min entfernt, der 5 mal am Tag fährt, so dass wir ohne Auto auskamen.

Very close to the entrance of the beautiful Cape Kamenjak and walking distance from the shops, pekarnicas and restaurants of Premantura.

Great position, good value for money

The location is great, less than 1 km from the closest beach, 5 min walk from the centre and all the restaurants; the common spaces were big, there was a super nice patio perfect for breakfast and to spend the evening. The rooms are big and everything is well equipped with more than everything that’s needed

Well equipped apartment right at the entry to the Kamenjak natural reserve. Fantastic views of the peninsula and the sea from the windows. Easy walking distance to the beaches at Cape Kamenjak - you can't get any closer than this house. Ample free parking in front of the house.
