Excellent stay in a super comfortable house

Beautiful house with everything we needed (and more!) as a family of four. Super clean and comfortable and in a great location - close to the centre but still very quiet. Host was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again if we’re back in Llandudno.

We had a fantastic,memorable stay at Charnwood Villa.

Beautifully appointed preperty,close to town and very comfortable. Warm and welcoming on arrival, clean with bright rooms. Bedrooms clean, tidy with lovely bedding. Ideal for our week end away

All was very good. Chairs and sofa’s in the kitchen aera were a little low and difficult to get up from. As was the lovely sofa in the lounge. Looked very comfortable but once on the sofa, difficult to get out of for some of our older friends.

Perfect relaxing setting for quality family time

Handy location in centre of Llandudno. Direct access for good walks with great views -Ormes and Welsh coastal path. Great broken plan kitchen /dining/orangerie area -spacious and light, good family focal point. Outdoor area - nice big table and seating. Great shower in the big first floor bathroom. Parking outside or very close to the property was pretty easy.

Though clearly stated a 5 pm check in time is too late and not competitive with other types of accommodation especially with a 10.00 am check out time -legacy of extra cleaning for Covid?? The kids were disappointed that there was only one large TV screen which meant we had to split time between TV and gaming -though maybe not a bad thing to ration it in hindsight. There is a much smaller TV in the kitchen area.

Large house which is modern well decorated and tastefully furnished. Very well maintained throughout and spotlessly clean. Located on a quiet street but very close to centre of town and there are numerous places to eat and drink within a couple of minutes walk. Perfect.

Wonderful find

There was everything you would want and more. High quality fixtures and fittings, just like home. Easy communication with the hosts and that they went the extra mile where they could. We had 11 in the house and there was still plenty of space for us all. No noise between floors, or rooms. Excellent location, only space for one car however not a problem as there was plenty of space nearby in the road.

The property is immaculate, has everything that you need and is central to the town centre. There is ample room both inside and out and everything is well presented.

Charnwood Villa

Property was immaculate! It was in a nice location close to amenities, everything we needed was there, both inside and outside the home! We travelled with a group of work colleagues so it was really nice to have a variety of places to relax as well as the use of multiple bathrooms! The property was modern and tastefully decorated, the owner was easily contactable and provided a bounty of knowledge regarding the accommodation and surrounding areas.
