Beautiful house with everything we needed (and more!) as a family of four. Super clean and comfortable and in a great location - close to the centre but still very quiet. Host was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and will definitely book again if we’re back in Llandudno.

Beautifully appointed preperty,close to town and very comfortable. Warm and welcoming on arrival, clean with bright rooms. Bedrooms clean, tidy with lovely bedding. Ideal for our week end away
All was very good. Chairs and sofa’s in the kitchen aera were a little low and difficult to get up from. As was the lovely sofa in the lounge. Looked very comfortable but once on the sofa, difficult to get out of for some of our older friends.

Handy location in centre of Llandudno. Direct access for good walks with great views -Ormes and Welsh coastal path.
Great broken plan kitchen /dining/orangerie area -spacious and light, good family focal point.
Outdoor area - nice big table and seating.
Great shower in the big first floor bathroom.
Parking outside or very close to the property was pretty easy.
Though clearly stated a 5 pm check in time is too late and not competitive with other types of accommodation especially with a 10.00 am check out time -legacy of extra cleaning for Covid??
The kids were disappointed that there was only one large TV screen which meant we had to split time between TV and gaming -though maybe not a bad thing to ration it in hindsight. There is a much smaller TV in the kitchen area.
