Great view shame about the rest

The views from the living room and double bedroom. Easy walking distance to the town centre. No issues with the TV. Hot shower apart from water pressure.

Please be aware that there is additional charge of £35.00 waiver fee or alternatively a £500.00 refundable deposit. Lack of basic essential items as only one toilet roll and a little left on the holder, which resulted in a purchase of toilet rolls. No kitchen paper. No blinds in the kitchen. Unsafe chairs which need tightening as referred to in previous reviews. Wobbly door handles. Freezing cold flat. Especially on Sunday when I don't think the heating came on at all. The welcome pack refers to the heating coming on twice a day but doesn't specify when. Sat with my coat most of the time. The bathroom is exceptionally cold.

Someone needs to go around the chairs in the kitchen with an Allen key and tighten the screws as they are loose and the chairs are wobbly. Then they need to take a spanner to the legs of the tables in the living room and tighten them

Exceptional views apartment

The apartment is in a fantastic spot. I could see the see and mountains from the lounge and single bedroom and Great Orme from the kitchen. The place was clean and had lots of space. I could leave the apartment and go for a walk near the beach and up Great Orme. Love this place. X

Property wasn’t ready, impossible to contact anyone

The property hadn’t been cleaned, there were no clean towels or bed linen. It was impossible to contact property owners. We had to cancel our break and come home because we had nowhere to sleep. Got an email requesting photos, which we supplied, on the day. Not received any acknowledgment or refund. Still unable to contact property owner

Great location in a quiet part of town

Super location with view of the beach and mountains. Parking was not a problem.

There is either a £500 extra deposit to pay against possible breakages or a £35 waiver. This is not easy to see until you make the booking.

Great value and fantastic location

Excellent location - possibly the best location I have stayed in Llandudno. Nice and quiet in the evening; stunning views of the Orme and the sea; a short easy walk to the main prom.

The Sea view from the living room. The Location.

Having to pay a deposit after booking, which wasn't clearly mentioned in the description. ( in fine print ) Dirty bedding, marks on pillow,. Clean bedding was provided the next day but should have been changed, checked, prior to our arrival!

I can’t recommend this place enough

This is everything you’d want for a peaceful getaway. The views are just stunning it’s a total treat to wake up to that every morning! flat itself is spotlessly clean and really well-equipped. It’s got a lovely cozy vibe, and the decor is charming without being over the top. We had everything we needed!
