Electric gate didn’t work- had to clear the garden of sheep before letting the dog out

Standard of property and location were absolutely first rate, sheep wandering into the garden and house martins were an added bonus
The outside bins could perhaps have been emptied prior to our stay but as they were a good distance from the house they did not effect our stay at all

The location is amazing. It feels really remote as there aren't really any neighbours. However, Llandudno is only a 5 minute drive down the road.

The location was amazing.
Hot tub was great!
Downstairs bathroom and shower were really good. All facilities downstairs and in the kitchen were great.
The double bedroom next to the bunk bed room felt dated, bed was very low and quite uncomfortable. The bedrooms were missing mirrors, wardrobes and dressing tables. The dressing room was lovely but not ideal being shared amongst 3 families. Everything else was brilliant.
