Lovely new year break

Great location, used onsite facilities such as swimming pool, gym and the restaurant. Caravan was warm and cosy. Had WiFi, Netflix and Alexa. Had everything we need to cook. Beds were very comfy. The park was great for the children. Great value for money for a last min weekend trip.

My grandson and I had a lovely time at the caravan!

The caravan had everything we could have needed. It was very clean and comfortable too! We enjoyed walking around the lakes, and also a trip to the wildlife centre on the A6.

Relaxing family short break.

Lovely quiet caravan site with peaceful walks for the dogs. It's situated where you can go out to the lake district or Morecombe for day trips.

Great stay.

It was just perfect for my family. There were lovely little touches like the soap dispensers in the shower and some mini rolls on arrival. The location was perfect for accessing Lancaster and the lower Lake District. The main bedroom was spacious with an r suite toilet and sink which was lovely. Towels were provided and tea, coffee and sugar were there. Kitchen was well stocked. Lovely artwork on the walls. Having Wi-Fi included was a bonus too.

The swimming pool was very dear. It cost £70 for a 3 day pass or £35 for a day pass which we were happy to pay (as no other choice) but then the pool was 1.3m deep so not as great for my youngest who couldn’t touch the bottom. Not a reflection on Carmel’s caravan, just something to be aware of if you’re hoping to take the family swimming.

Great clean caravan, lovely scenary on the site with alot of different facilities. Beautiful place and we will be back again in the future.
