About this villa rental
The villa is situated within a small private development, about 5 minutes’ drive from one of the main family resorts on the south coast of Sardinia. The villa is 30-50 metres from a quiet beach which is private to the residence and a nearby hotel. The beach is suitable for children of all ages, with shallow waters as well as rock pools. The villa is spacious, with a large veranda surrounding the southern aspect to the property, There are multiple seating areas outside and in the lounge. Two formal dining areas, outside for 12 and for colder evenings inside for about 9 people. It is surrounded by a large garden, suitable as a children’s play area. Internally there is:
• A large open-plan sitting room, furnished with Sardinian antique furniture with three different areas; a music/reading area at a lower level with two comfortable armchairs; a conversation zone with a built-in sofa in front of a fireplace fitted with a stove; an indoor dining area.
• The bedroom wing is divided into two areas offering privacy for multiple families or groups; in one wing, a master bedroom with en-suite and a smaller single with en-suite, suitable for children. The other wing has 3 bedrooms: one children's room (one cot and twochildren's beds) and two twin / doubles, one of which has an en-suite. The other two (the double and the children's room ) share a larger bathroom; all bedrooms have large wardrobes and doubles are king-size.
• The kitchen is well appointed with all the electrical appliances for a keen cook.
• Next to the kitchen is a patio area, perfect for breakfast.
• There is also a utility room with a large washing machine, toilet and basin.
Next to the shower enclosure there is a changing room .
The villa has several eco features. Solar panels provide unlimited amounts of hot water for the outdoor shower cubicle (3 jets). Newly installed air conditioning/heating throughout the house ,included in the rate.
Recycled water is used for watering the garden and the nearby town enforces a strict recycling collection.

The villa is very spacious with a lot of rooms, a fantastic surrounding and an absolutely loving garden. The ocean is a two minutes walk from the house with a nice little beach.
The host Anna and her sister were super friendly and supportive. We had the best holiday! Thank you Anna and Graziella!

Amazing villa in a stunning garden setting within a short stroll to a beautiful private beach. The villa is well equipped with everything you need and more for an extended stay, including beach equipment. Anna is a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommended.

We had a great week in the villa: it is spacious enough to accommodate three families with rather different life-styles, so that they don't interfere with each other, and simultaneously, to be together at any times we wanted. All possible equipment, from table games and to beach things, was there. The beach itself, 2 minutes walk, is not ideal (a bit rocky), but private, with only guests from other villas in the vicinity coming.
All-in-all, it is a pity that we've only had one week there! Maybe, another time...

We had the most beautiful time and can highly recommend this lovely estate. This was our second time at the villa and we again enjoyed our stay so much that we will surely come again. We are two families with 6 children (age 3 to 11) and everybody is more than happy with the house, the beach, the sea, the area to play/ to chill /to eat/to sleep - I don´t know where to start. I have had a look at many houses but I could not find one which meets our needs as much as this one. The rooms are lovely furnished with traditional furniture which is both pretty and practical. Every room has its own bathroom and even though we are many staying at the house, it is big enough for you to retreat and get a rest. The lounge area is great and very comfortable, the garden big enough for the little ones to run around and the beach is near enough for the bigger children to go there alone (and safe as it is private and there are not many people). The water at the beach is clean, clear and warm and the beach always has enough space for everyone. As it is not too big you always have an eye on the children even when they walk off to the other side of the beach. There are some rocks at the side where children can go and catch crabs and do some snorkeling. So all in all it is a great place to spend a lovely holiday!!!!
