About this house rental
This lovingly restored 1760 built house is set in a large (2500sqm/0.6acres) totally secluded mature garden with a fully enclosed 10x5m swimming pool in a tranquil area on the edge of the village of Benesse-Maremne about 8 km from the sea and the lively towns Hossegor, Capbreton and Seignosse. Our charming, stylishly furnished house has 4 large bedrooms - 1 double,1 double and extra single bed and 2 twins, 1 bathroom (bath and shower) and 1 shower room, a big farmhouse kitchen/dining room seating 10 comfortably with a huge fireplace, outside dining terrace, large comfortable lounge (Hi-Fi system,2 TV's and lots of DVD's are provided) and a further cosy Reception room. The kitchen is fully equipped with large fridge/freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
The property is fully enclosed with lots of parking spaces, child and pet friendly and safe.

Charming and spacious country home with pool. Lovely garden and quiet location; all very easy and comfortable. We had our adult son, his wife and granddaughter with us with room to spare. Pia and her local support crew, Jean Louis and Michael were terrific to deal with. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We loved everything about the house - it is perfect for a family holiday and very well provided with all you could need. The sea and lovely beaches are only 10-15 minutes away and the pool is a good size and well looked after if you want to stay at home. The only possible negative is the location but as the house is quite secluded this was not really an issue. All in all it was everything we had hoped for.
