In Capbreton, old house renovated and decorated with great taste, all comfort in the old town, quiet street, garden, patio equipped with a barbecue and a gas plancha. 50m from all shops on pedestrian street. 5 minutes from the beaches, free shuttle, and secure cycle paths,
Surf and sailing schools nearby (5, 10 min). The house is also 5 minutes from the marine lake and the Hossegor golf course.
Located in a very quiet street, but not far from the nightlife of the beaches and the port where many restaurants and night bars are grouped (10 mins).
10 minutes from Hossegor from its beautiful shops and its Surf shop: Billabong, Quiksilver, Rip curl ...
And maybe, if the conditions allow it, you will have the chance to see the biggest surfers in the world compete for the best waves in the region on the spots of: Santocha, the track, the North, the Gravière, the Estagnots ... 🏄 🏼♀️🏄🏾

We had such a nice stay. The place was really clean, our host a very nice lady. Really nice decoration. Everyone was really happy!

Great location: close to shops and a walk away from the sea. Once inside the property it is like being in your own secret garden. Parking is a bit of a nightmare but one only needs the car for trips out of town. Christian and Natalie are charming hosts. Only one quibble: the bathroom looked lovely but was difficult to keep dry, a possible problem in such an old house. All in all though we loved the house and holiday.

Maison très agréable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût , avec tout le confort nécessaire, idéalement située dans quartier tranquille malgré la proximité des commerces et restaurants...( 5 mn à pied). Plages à 10 mn à vélo par pistes cyclables, et navettes toute les 1 2 H. Accueil chaleureux par les propriétaires... Le +: terrasse patio équipée d une plancha, parfait pour les dîners entre amis, un havre de paix dans la vie balnéaire... Nous étions 2 couples avec 2 jeunes enfants et 2 Ados et nous y avons tous trouvés notre compte... Nous y retournons cette année avec d'autres amis car Capbreton est , pour moi, une station balnéaire qui a encore une identité , et seulement à 10 mn d' Hossegor ville branchée , paradis du shopping et du surf. (Et de la nuit...)
