Villa Basco Landaise completely renovated in 2017, with a living area of 125m2 + garage, less than 5 minutes walk from the beaches of Capbreton and the seafront with bars and restaurants, casino, marina.
Entrance TV lounge with sofas, fully equipped kitchen open to dining room. Ground floor 3 bedroom with 2 bathrooms + 2 separate toilets, many closets. upstairs a large dormitory with 1 double bed + 2 single beds, TV lounge + game console.
Outside, landscaped garden + large tiled terrace with table for 10 people + chairs, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, outdoor shower.

The house is in an excellent spot, right next to the beach and the Capreton centre. We walked or biked everywhere, no car needed, which was great for us. All the restaurants, cafes, bakeries and grocery stores are in in the neighborhood. The villa is very clean and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped and the two bathrooms are very comfortable with the walk in showers. The pool heats up easily, is very clean and perfect to hang out after a day on the beach or a daytrip to one of the cities around. We did not want to leave the villa, because we felt so cozy!
