Quiet, not overlooked, holiday house of about 140 m² with large terrace, solarium, barbecue / plancha corner and two private parking spaces. Shops and beaches on foot.
It is composed on the ground floor: a large living room with large open kitchen (with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher), a bedroom with a 160 * 200 bed, a bedroom with a 140 * 190 bed , a bedroom with two 100 * 190 beds, a bathroom with bath and shower, a bathroom with shower, a toilet and a laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 140 * 190 bed.
Sheets and towels not provided.
No animals. TV.
