Apartamento Aitana, vistas Iglesia Magdalena desde Azotea

Tenia de todo , cómodo , situado en buena zona, cerca de todo , nada de ruido y la decoración muy bonita

Todo. Es súper cuco, limpio, tiene de todo (cafetera, agua fría en la nevera, productos de ducha, etc etc). A 5 minutos andando al centro histórico. Aitana es súper amable y muy buena anfitriona. Apartamento totalmente recomendable!! Sin duda.

Nos gustó mucho el equipamiento y la comodidad del apartamento, su ubicación perfecta , rodeado de locales de comida, supermercados, cafeterías,centró comercial, en todo el centro del casco antiguo vamos y súper cerca de mucho sitios turísticos de la ciudad.Perfecto para nosotros que viajamos con un bebé. Y qué decir del trato de la dueña siempre pendiente de todo.

El ascensor por ponerle una pega un poco pequeño y las puertas de fuera estorbaban un poco. Por decir algo.

When you look at the house features, it says there's a washing machine in the kitchen. But there isn't one in the kitchen. The washing machine is in the roof. Because it rained so much during my stay, it wasn't possible to go up to the roof to do laundry. When I told the landlord that they had listed the washing machine in the kitchen but it was in the roof, they said it was perfectly normal. Another issue is that there appear to be two air conditioners in the house. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. The one in the living room works but doesn't produce hot air, and the one in the bedroom produces very little hot air. We had to heat the house with the oil radiator in the living room. If I had known that the washing machine was in the roof and the air conditioners weren't working properly, I definitely wouldn't have rented this house. When I informed the landlord about these problems, they initially said that they had been renting out houses for years and this was the first time they had received complaints. The next day, they said they would send someone to check the air conditioners. Just because people aren't willing to complain doesn't mean everything is fine.
