    Clean and comfortable place. Room can walk out to a private little garden. Many food and other shops just along the main road. Can walk to Suan Dok Gate and Buak Hard Park. Need to order breakfast a day before from a standard menu, can order more, just THB 100 a set. Very nice staff, she even gave my son a cute souvenir after we check out. Easy to use Grab for transport.

    The hotel is located in a very good place in Old town, behind it is a nice park where you can do free yoga in the morning and the people there are very friendly and nice. The staff also are very helpful and they offer good rates for tours if you need them. The hotel is also close by to many restaurants, massage parlors and grocery stores. More importantly, the rooms are spacious with a homey feel and the place is peaceful! We all had the most comfortable sleep after a long dah of travel and trekking. Will definitely book again in the future

    No hot water in bathroom sink 4 story building with out elevator Room 402 with out bedside table no electric outlet in both sides Bed frame in metal bigger than the mattress we get scratched few times especially at night. No accommodation after check out.
