    The location is Great, despite being in an intersection (some trafic-noise). You can walk to market, cofeeshops and local food. Lobby/reception is one of the most charming we have seen. Staff is friendly and helpfull. Room was clean and breakfast was very good!

    We stayed with Once Upon a Time for 6 nights and absolutely loved it! The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond at every opportunity. We loved the breakfast each morning, and on mornings that we had an early tour, they packed a breakfast to go for us. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved that this was a smaller, quieter property. When we come back to Chiang Mai, we will 100% stay at Once Upon a Time again!
