Easy access, very friendly host.
The AC wasn’t working on heat, so it was difficult to warm the room with the heating that was available.

The apartment was clean and the host had great communication skills.
The bed and couch were comfortable.
The location of the apartment is great to move around Nicosia if you have a car.
The apartment is quite old, which wouldn't be a problem if it was renovated in the inside.
At the living room and the corridor some lamps were missing, resulting in the lighting not being strong at night.
The extra toilet rolls were placed high and couldn't reach unless you are tall.
Probably a person issue for me was that the fridge you could find drinks and snacks which you had to pay for. That shows lack of hospitality.
Some of the face towels had stains on them.
