Studio in the center of Nicosia

Very good location. I guess the area was pretty safe. Easy to find parking.

The air-con was loud. The water was getting out of the shower.

I liked everything. It was clean, comfortable and very good location. Very polite host, answered within minutes. I would definitely stay here again.

Pretty nice apartment and well located close enough to the old city. Very good value for money. Supermarkets are nearby. All the apartment was clean, it is not big but adequate. Pretty spotless, the bed was comfy, the bathroom with shower and shower gel provided, even a laundry machine! Kitchen was equipped with essentials: kettle, microwave, a sink and some cutlery. AC cold and heat was working fine in late December (it was 4°C outside). Located on a first floor racons the street.

Could address the mold by the windows prove of a bad insulation and windows that could be better.

Appartment is located quite close to citycenter.

The building is quite dirty. It seems that many immigrants live in this building. The apartments are cold in wintertime at least. Alltime you should make it warm with an air-conditioner. I found cocoroaches in the apartment. The bed was a bit broken. One of the light was flashing alltime, cause it was broken. The owner told me that she will repair it, but unfortunately after my leaving. Outside there was road reconstruction since 7 a.m. up to 22.00 p.m. Noizes disturbed me. Windows are dirty, because of this reconstruction.
