About this house rental
Located in the stunning grounds of the Gleneagles Hotel and Resort lies our newly renovated luxury home which sleeps 10 people. Comprising of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living rooms and an adjacent den. The property also has its own private garden and small wood. Feel part of the hotel in your own private setting. We have been awarded a 5* rating from the Scottish Tourist Board for every year since 2013.
Access to the many dining and leisure facilities of Gleneagles Hotel and Resort as follows: Four magnificent golf courses, including the 2014 Ryder Cup course. First class hotel restaurants & bars. Shooting. Falconry. Horse riding. Hill walking. Spa & Wellness Centre. Mountain biking. Gundog school. Dog training. Off-road driving. Fishing. Wildlife photography. We recommend you pre-book all activities directly with the resort prior to your arrival.
GOLFERS - Please contact us for details of our Sovereign golf package whereby we can offer preferential green fees on all courses at Gleneagles
HEALTH CLUB - Please contact us if you are interested in arranging access to the Hotel's pool, gym, tennis and ohter leisure facilities during your stay.
All Gleneagles activities are subject to an additional cost and that the rates payable may differ from those paid by hotel residents. .

Please note that our property sits in a quiet neighbourhood area and any guests visiting the property must abide by the following rules:
1. The gardens are communal. Whilst dogs are permitted they must be on a lead and all mess must be cleaned up. Please also be respectful of our neighbours' property and privacy.
2. A maximum of 3 cars may be parked on the driveway. Cars must not be parked on grass or on the communal road at Balmoral Court.
3. No ball games are permitted at any time
4. No outside activities or loud music after 10pm at night.

The bedding could have been a better quality and our bed wasn’t comfortable. The kitchen was on a different level from the lounge making it a little unwieldy for children. Some mould in the bath/bath screen we used. Overall good but stopped short of excellent. The nearness of the hotel and hotel facilities has to be its saving grace.

Excellent communication with the owners and Laura who met us to let us in and show us around the property. Great location right next door to Gleneagles Hotel. Comfy beds and plenty of bathrooms, hot water etc. Lovely house with good layout. Couple of issues which Laura replied to as soon as I messaged her. The property could probably do with a little upgrade/modernising but we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

The property is looking a little tired and would benefit from a bit of an upgrade to match its “luxury” listing.
We had a very enjoyable 2 weeks at the property, but the beds, bathrooms, sofas and carpets could do with some upgrading as they are starting to let down the luxury listing.
