This lovely former inn in St Columb Major sleeps four people in two bedrooms.
The Old Smithy is a lovely semi-detached holiday home, a quality conversion of a former inn in the town of St Columb Major. There is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a twin room, as well as a family bathroom. Downstairs is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is off road parking for two cars, and a rear courtyard with furniture. The Old Smithy makes a wonderful base for the amenities of St Columb Major, the beaches around Newquay, the coastal path and much more.
Amenities: Gas central heating throughout. Electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, drinks cooler, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD. All fuel and power inc. in rent.
