down stairsbedrooms.bathroom kitchen balcony having had surgery it was peace of mind I didn't have to climb the stairs. . I t was a much needed break after being diagnosed with terminal cancer ..

The location was lovely. The river with the ducks each morning was beautiful.
The cleanliness of the property lacked. Looked like it hadn't been hoovered. Bits on the floor, mud at the doorway, grease at the back of the cooker. I could go on, it really let the property down.

A perfect location and place to stay for our honeymoon!
fantastic location by the lake, lovely to wake up and walk on onto the balcony and see the ducks! the facilities inside were fantastic too and very comfortable
The on-site store wasn’t very fresh, not fault with property but would avoid if staying again
