About this house rental

Completely renovated in 2003 and in 2016, this farmhouse located in a farmhouse has all the comforts, with a neat decoration and improved every year according to the comments of the previous tenants.
We offer a rental that we would like to find if we too, my wife and our three children, were looking for a cottage to rent. Some tenants come back from one year to the next, which proves that they trust us and we thank them.
A large garden equipped with games for children will be at your disposal.
Our lodging was classified 3 stars in 2011 by the tourist office of Concarneau and the prefecture of Quimper.
We also rent for short stays with the possibility to reserve sheets for sleeping (8 euros / bed).

Really good gite very close to Concarneau. Quiet, big site. Would suit family as well as couples. Communication with Herve was easy, despite neither of us being particularly fluent in each others native language! Plenty of great places to visit or revisit. Definately one to recommend.

Payment Problem

Payment Problem

I received an email from VRBO telling me that the second payment for the property had been made and I received a green “Paid” symbol. When we went to leave, the property manager appeared and said that the second payment had not been received by him. He demanded payment in cash for the second payment. In addition he demanded payment for the use of two bedrooms when our reservation clearly stated that we were reserving two bedrooms. I tried to contact VRBO three times to no avail and finally paid him 200 euros in cash. I want a refund from VRBO for you taking money out of my account but not paying the property manager.. Please confirm and respond immediately.

Stayed here a month and visited all around this part of Brittany. The house is warm and comfortable and in a great location. Everything we needed was provided and the hosts were lovely. Slept really well here. Highly recommended.

Perfect. We have stayed in Concarneau before so we already knew how nice the town and beach are but this house made this break much better then any other. 5 of us stayed in total (mum, dad and 3 children age 8, 6 and 4). The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The Children loved the house especially the garden. The outside area was great for them to play and and discover things to do. The outside BBQ was ideal and provided our dinner for most nights. We never got bored hanging around the house. We used the two bedrooms with three beds for the kids in the second bedroom, we all fitted in perfectly. These is one bathroom upstairs and the second toilet downstairs was very useful as we stayed around the house most days. The town centre, supermarket and beach were only a short drive away. The internet connection was not the most reliable but the owner was quick to try and fix this. The owner was friendly and helped made our stay very relaxing. Our family loves Concarneau and we love this house. We will be back again.

Die Ferienwohnung ist Groß und Gut ausgestattet. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind sehr schön. Leider kommt man kaum ohne Auto kaum vom Grundstück, die Ein- bzw. Ausfahrt sind an einer viel befahrenen Hauptstraße. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gab uns wertvolle Tipps.

Sehr schönes Fertienhaus als Teil eines alten Bauernhofes. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen und doch sehr ruhig. Von dort waren alle Ausflugsziele und natürlich Concarneau und der Atlantik schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Hervé und Sophie sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Sommer 2019 in der Bretagne. In dem Haus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir konnten wunderbar auf der Terrasse frühstücken, der große Garten war ideal für die Kinder und es war alles da, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Die Vermieter Hervé und Sophie waren sehr freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Als eines unserer Kinder krank war, haben sie für uns einen Termin beim Arzt gemacht und wir sind sofort dran gekommen. Besser kann man nicht versorgt werden. Die Lage ist ideal, um schöne Ausflüge an die Strände, aber auch in die benachbarten Orte zu machen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Magnifique maison dans un domaine superbe ! Accueil parfait et bonnes infos pour des excursions. Bien situé pour découvrir la Bretagne : l'archipel des Glénan , la pointe du raz , Locronan, Douarnenez, Carnac, la presqu'île de Quiberon .... et le sentier côtier qui serpente tout le long de la côte : merveilleux !

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans la villa. Le grand jardin est parfait pour les enfants, la maison avait tout ce qu’il fallait. Les plages et Concarneau/Forêt-Fouesnant sont rapidement accessibles en voiture. Hervé et Sophie sont très gentils et disponibles, le check- in/out s’est passé sans problème.

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans le gite qui est fonctionnel et très bien situé. Merci au propriétaire avec qui nous avons fait un brin de causette ... Le jardin et ses nombreux jeux pour enfants est un vrai plus ! Ainsi que les poules qui se baladent ...d'ailleurs en arrivant à la maison , Margaux s'est demandé comment elles s'appelaient ?! Nous etions en famille poir découvrir la région. Chaque jour 1 balade . Idéalement situé, le gîte est nickel et Hervé est trés sympa et à dispo si besoin. Jardin magnifique, longère rout autant decorée avec goût. Bref, allez y les yeix fermés mais ouvrez les quand même pour contempler cette magnifique région !

C’est une maison propre, tout équipée et bien située pour visiter les sites de bretagne, comme tel, pointe du raz. Le propriétaire est très gentil et nous sommes très bien accueillis. J’adore cette maison et n’oublierai jamais cette expérience.
