This bright and spacious duplex apartment, located in the bay of Sa Riera, known as one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Brava, is recently refurbished with finest finishings and materials.
Starting in this 2020 season, we premiered the newly built community pool, an outdoor infinity pool with sea views and right in front of the apartment (size: 30 m2).
A private parking in front of the house, guarantees an easy arrival to the property - once arrived the walking distance to the beach, restaurants and little shops is only 5 minutes through a little staircase.
The whole duplex is equipped with an efficient aire condition system in living - as well as sleeping areas for maximum comfort. The property consists of a bright living- and dining room, directly connected with a furnished terrace with sea and mountain views. On the same floor is located a fully equipped and modern kitchen and a separate WC.
A staircase leads to a mezzanine where a 1.60 m double bed is located. Another staircase leads to the lower floor, where you can find two double bed rooms, as well as a fully equipped and modern bathroom. The location is very calm and offers the perfect spot for relaxed vacations. Free Wifi is available in the whole property.
Our cleaning fee includes premium quality linens and towels for all of our guests.
About the surroundings, Sa Riera is located in a quiet and secluded bay on the Costa Brava, near the nearby towns of Palafrugell and Begur. Originally a small fishing village, Sa Riera has not developed too much and has retained its individuality and charm. It can be reached by road from Begur and Pals and there is also a pleasant walk along the cliffs from Platja de Pals, the next resort along the coast. Sa Riera is typical of the many small coves nestled between steep pine-covered cliffs that cascade down to meet the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean Sea that have made the area famous for its exceptional beauty.

Hi ha detalls a millorar: tovalloles, llençols i acondicionar el balcó per poder fer algun àpat.

L'appartement est conforme a toute les photos postées et est tres bien rangé et propre.
La piscine est juste Magnifique avec vue sur la mer sa apporte vraiment un plus non négociable.
Point fort : maison tout équipé avec four/micro ondes, plaque de cuisson, cafetière, frigo/congélateur, lave vaisselle, climatisation, 2 wc , 1 grande salle de bain, piscine en bas (vue sur mer), lave linge, aspirateur, fer a repassé, en tout cas il manque presque rien ....
Le seul petit point négatif c'est l'isolation de l'appartement on entend beaucoup les voisin... mais sa reste léger, sachant que les vacances on va a la mer, la piscine etc ... on est pas souvent a l'appartement. Et les voisins change régulièrement et sont assez calme dans l'ensemble.
C'est pour sa c le seul petit point.
En tout cas l'appartement est vraiment top et la mer est a 5 min a pied et juste avant la mer il y a des petits restaurants simpa sa rajoute un plus.

Todo correcto, muy buena comunicación con el propietario y el personal que nos recibió. La ubicación es buena, cerda de la playa andando.
Considero que la vajilla debería cambiarse y la limpieza debería ser mucho más rigurosa.
