Nice appt about 400m away from beachfront. Quite spacious (there were 5 of us) although veranda was small. Owner was very helpful/attentive.
Some minor issues which did not detract from our experience and which we raised directly with the owner. WiFi was terrible.

L'appartement est situé à proximité immédiate (2 min à pied) de la plage de Sa Riera. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le calme, qui nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse (orientée est) à tout moment de la journée.
Le stationnement à Sa Riera peut être difficile, même si finalement ça ne nous a pas beaucoup dérangés. Le parking payant (3€ la journée) est très proche et nous y avons trouvé de la place jusqu'en fin de matinée et tous les jours à partir de 18h sans difficulté.

The house is really beautiful and the location very convenient, just few minutes from the sea where you can find a wide sandy beach, little coves with rocks and a beautiful path by the sea. The house has a good size and we were really comfortable, it is super clean, bright and airy and we loved the place. The house is nicely decorated in a marine stile, fully equipped and has everything you could need, including 3 air conditioning units! Last but not least Mary is very kind and helps you in any possible way.
